A few weeks ago the girls and I were invited to the Dukebox London Private Launch Party, which was held last night. Dukebox is a new club in Fulham in London, and run by the same team who ran Public, which was one of my favourite clubs, but sadly it was closed down a few months ago after noise complaints. Thankfully they’re back with a bang, and Dukebox is even more impressive than Public was!

After being whisked past the queue and down into the club, we were led past the old
Public fairground horse before ending up in the press area with a glass of
champagne in our hands. Straight away the feel and vibe of
Dukebox was the same as Public – oozing sophistication and ‘cool’ but with the potential to end up completely debaucherous with the amount of alcohol being guzzled and sweet alcoholic marshmallows being popped into mouths. The perfect atmosphere in my opinion!

Popcorn machine! |
The popcorn machine was my favourite part, they had three different flavours to choose from, and I chose caramel. They were very tasty! I also bumped into the lovely Mina from
Kings Road Rocks and it was so lovely to finally meet a fellow blogger. Apparently An American Girl in Chelsea and The Londoner were also there, but sadly I didn’t see them or get the chance to meet them.

Mouth full of Popcorn, with the rest of the bag in one hand, and a glass of champers on the other – perfect! |

Yummy popcorn at Dukebox! |
The staff were super friendly and oh so sexy in their on-trend military inspired uniforms, and were handing out delicious raspberry cocktails and champagne to anyone with an empty hand.
With the hip-hop music, amazing cocktails, Public warehouse style inspired decor and new theatrical detailing,
Dukebox is a huge hit with me! I even preferred it to Public. Public was a very large club, whereas Dukebox is much much smaller, far more intimate and great for people-watching.
Professor Green was spotted, along with some of the
Made in Chelsea cast.

Needless to say I’ve spent the day at my desk at work suffering from a major hangover after all of those cocktails and champagne, guzzling a fruit smoothie and desperately trying to stay awake. All signs of a fantastic night, and I can’t wait to go back tomorrow for more partying! My only disappointment was the lack of a photobooth – waaaa.
