I took her to one of my favourite brunch places, The Kiosk on Floreat Beach. I used to work here when I was a teenager in the school holidays, it was my first ‘real’ job, and I used the money I earned from it to buy my first DSLR. They do the best iced chocolates you’ll ever have. Hannah had one of my favourite dishes; pancakes, while I had another of my fave dishes; eggs benny.

Now that, ladies and gents, is egg porn. Pretty yumsk right? Right. Hannah loved her thick stack of pancakes coated in maple syrup…
We spent hours catching up in the sunshine, and then we wandered down onto Floreat Beach so she could see my local beach. It’s a pretty good one, with soft white sand and gorgeous blue waters. I miss it so much when I’m back in London, so I try and spend as much time as possible here when I’m back.
