Every year a group of us go to the Elizabeth Street Party and
Motcomb Street Party in Belgravia. I’ve blogged about
Motcomb Street Party before, but never Liz Street, so I thought it was about time I told you all about the epic street party!
We always have such a fun time, and this time was no exception. Each year the street party supports a charity, so you pay a £10 donation to the charity at the entrance to the street.
I walked from work in Marylebone to Belgravia, which gave me a good 40 minutes of exercise after being sat down for 8 hours straight. I tend to walk to events after work as much as possible just for the exercise, as it isn’t often I get the chance to go out for my full lunch break and walk around for it. I met my friends there at 6:30pm, and already the place was packed and the party getting started! We began with drinks at the Thomas Cubitt pub, and then moved on to the
champagne bar outside Jeraboams.
As usual there was a booze bus, a stage with dancers, and Thomas Cubitt provided epic steak burgers and pulled pork burgers! For once I wasn’t driving so was able to drink, so my friends thought they’d make the most of and bought bottles and bottles of champagne! Needless to say we all ended up dancing the night away quite inebriated and very jolly indeed.
Also, check out Kiran’s epic
green ensemble!
He and James clashed majorly. Only in Belgravia darlings.
We had so much fun. At one point James decided it would be an excellent idea to put a bottle of champagne in his trouser pocket, and then pour all of our drinks by bending backwards…
Another point he thought it would be a great idea to pick me up. Just like at the Country Life Ball, he quickly realised his mistake and regretted it.
Such a brilliant night with some great friends! Bring on Motcomb Street Party in two weeks time!

Oh my goodness!! This street party was such fun and enjoyable. Everyone seems so excited in these pictures. At some local party venues San Francisco my friends and I are also going to attend such great party. The traditional Spanish food will be served over there. It sounds mouthwatering!!
